Incest is defined as sexual intercourse between close relatives. If a relative has forced themselves upon a victim, then it is considered to be incestuous rape. It is relative whether it occurs between a parent and child, uncle and child, or between siblings. All possible forms of incest can fall under this type of sexual assault.
